1. Return Eligibility

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • The watch has not been worn, altered, or damaged.
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and other materials that were included with your order.
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please Note: Personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@evobytepc.com or call (507) 754-5046 to request a return authorization (RMA). Be sure to include your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  2. Return Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions and address.
  3. Pack the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. Be sure to include all parts and accessories that came with the product.
  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
  5. Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the item, excluding any original shipping charges. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the item(s) and not for any applicable taxes or shipping fees.
  • If you received a free shipping offer, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if the return does not meet our free shipping requirements.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different model, size, or color, we recommend that you place a new order for the desired item. You can return the original item for a refund and order the new product separately.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs associated with the return.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Watches that have been worn or used
  • Watches that have been altered, resized, or repaired by a third party
